We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and avoid the risk of overbooking, especially on popular dates. We require a minimum lead time of 72 hours prior to the event. Please note, bookings made less than 72 hours before an event will incur a late booking fee. Planning ahead not only helps secure our services but also allows us ample time to prepare and tailor your experience to meet your specific needs.
Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event, please note that your deposit will not be refunded. This policy covers the costs and lost booking opportunities due to late cancellations. To avoid losing your deposit, please inform us of any cancellations as early as possible.
Rescheduling: If you need to change the date of your event, please send your request in writing at your earliest convenience. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will require both parties to agree on a new date and contract to replace the original.
